In this episode I interview the founder of "Formulate Health" - Mina Khan.
Mina and her husband Tahir are long term friends of mine.
Everything they do is structured around helping others.
Mina started out as a chemist and then after twenty years decided to follow her real passion - food and health.
Her background meant that she had been cooking with fresh herbs and spices since being a child.
Mina has always used Ayurvedic ingredients and is now sharing this knowledge and helping others.
I feel truly blessed to have encountered you both on my journey.

In this episode I interview "The Awakener" - Divyael Pandya.
Divyael has had a fascinating life journey.
Born in Singapore and then moving to the UK in 1968 to study as a Radio Officer.
He also worked at UCLAN for 33 years before deciding that there was more to life and that he had another purpose.
DIvyael then became a "Magnified Healing Master" before receiving his "Gift" at an ashram in India in the year 2000.
Once understood, he learned how to use his gift whilst in America.
Since then it has been his mission to give people "Divine Consciousness".

However all is not what it seems - Kelly used to have an unusual hobby - Power/Weight lifting.
Despite having some issues with mental health along the way, Kelly has gone on to compete and place in weight lifting competitions.

This show was held back for a while as to be aired on the anniversary of the accident - as requested.
In this episode I interview the owner and founder of "What's Loved" clothing empire - ILKER.
Ilker had a serious accident when he was just two years old and has had to overcome many obstacles.
Despite all off this he has found his soul mate, has two beautiful boys and has also gone on to build a very successful ladies fashion wholesale business (What's Loved).
He supplies over 3000 retailers in England.
Ilker is even now in the early stages of setting up both a children's refuge and an animal sanctuary in Turkey.
All I see when I look at Ilker - is beauty.
He exudes peace, love and compassion.
His warmth to all sentient beings is palpable (Ilker is a vegan too).
It was both my privilege and honour to spend time with him.
Oh Ilker - you made my heart sing that day !!!
What an amazing soul you are.

In this episode I interview Mental Health and Well Being Advocate - Roxanne McCarthy.
Roxanne helped spearhead a campaign over the Christmas period which said - You've got to look after your "Mental Elf".
She dressed up as an Elf every single day and in doing so raised money for the charity - "Lancashire mind".
Roxanne has also had a very interesting life journey - which includes working as a "Cowgirl" in Australia.
